Natalia Modzelewska

Since 2014, I’ve been drawn to bodyweight training, which has become not only a huge passion of mine but also a lifestyle. I had started training purely recreationally, but during my journey, I have noticed how much I could do by dedicating all of my energy to my passion. Making this decision has not only provided me with skill but also personality development.

Since 2018 I have competed in many, the most prestigious competitions in the world. Through what I do, I want to show my character and individual style while at the same time inspiring others to break through personal barriers.

Karol Siwek

I have started my calisthenics journey in 2016. Inspired to achieve my goals, I have begun my training experience by learning Handstand. Over time,
I have discovered my potential for static elements, specifically Planche.

I concentrate mostly on combining typical training dedicated to competing in championships with prevention training to minimize the risk of potential injuries in order to enjoy the sport and agility at a very high level for a long time.
